How much will it cost?
Your event is unique. As a result so to will your invoice be. Our pricing is based on the design of your job.
There are some prices that are standard such as lighting centerpieces usually cost $25.00 per centerpiece.
Custom patterns cost $75.00 plus a $20.00 rental of the light to project the pattern. Labor charges also apply..

We do not offer package pricing. Your event is not a rubber stamped event so to make it different from the others, each is designed on its own merits. Anyone offering you package pricing may not consider your event unique. So be careful when shopping.

What are your payment terms?
We accept all forms of payment.  All major credit cards, Checks and even cash.
We do not require down payments or payment up front.
Its odd for vendors in this business I know, but we prefer to take payment on either the day of the event or get it to us right after the event.
We want you to like what you see before you have to pay for it.
Its a policy that makes the accountant crazy, but we sleep better.

Can you make this room change colors?
Yes.
We offer all types of lighting equipment. In our fun lighting department, we have the latest in L.E.D. technology that can change the color of your room while using far less power than conventional lighting.
We also offer robotic lighting. Robotic lighting are lights that can be programmed to move to specific points. They also have the ability to give color changes as well as pattern changes.

Do you recommend robotic lighting for events?
That would depend on the event. We try to shy away from using robotic lighting for weddings and formal dinners. Mainly because of budget concerns. Robotic lighting can get very expensive.
But also because of the feel of the room a client may be looking for. If done improperly the movement of robotic lighting can take on a "gnat-like" presence and that movement can become more annoying than attractive.
But when its done right, oh what a difference it can make. We can take a room and slowly change it from an early dusk look to a night time feel complete with stars. Without your guests even noticing until the transformation is complete.
Your needs determine if we use robotic lighting.

Just because we have robotics doesn't mean we have to use them everytime.

What do I need to have a custom pattern made?
You need only your imagination and some camera ready artwork.
Some of the most common patterns we have made are from artwork created by the person who created the wedding invitation. A theme in the invitation can be carried into the event itself by means of a custom pattern.
Monograms are by far the most popular pattern. These can be created using almost any word processing program. Just shoot us a JPEG of your artwork and we'll do the rest.
We also offer basic layout into which your information can be inserted.

How large of an event can you handle?
We have no idea. So far we have not meet an event too large.

Why do paper lanterns cost so much?
While paper lanterns are probably the most dramatic look we offer, they are also the most labor intensive. To properly install approximately 50 lanterns takes one person about 5 hours to do right. It can be tedious work. There are a couple of part-timers who, after the fourth hour of hanging lanterns, were found next to the hotel dumpster in a fetal position sobbing openly. While we are setting up the lighting for an event, we hardly ever take time to take pictures of our work.

What kind of stages do you carry?

First of, the word staging in our name is a verb. We help stage events.

We don't carry any type of staging. Mainly because if we did, we would have to carry it and past experiences have taught us that well.....staging is heavy.
